Choke manifold is the necessary equipment of the cotrol od well blowout and the pressure control technology of oil-gas well. In the condition of the close of BOP(Blow Out Preventer), using the on-offof the choke valve to control the certain pressures in the casing and maintain the well blow bottom pressure that is always slightly higher than formation pressure, aviding the ground fluid flows into the well. Moreover, to achieve the soft closing, it can use choke valve of pressure relief. When the operation of well shutdown is carried out. When the pressure in the well is up to a certain limit, wellhead can be protected through its blowout.
Choke manifold consists of choke valve, gate valve,pipeline,pipe fitting and the pressure gauge,etc.
When the pressure rises in the well, in order to control the pressure in the casing, we can regulate the switch of the choke valve(three types: maual adjustment,hydraulic type and fixed type) on the manifold to release the fluid in well. If thet pressure is up to a certain different pressure in the casing, we can directlu release fluid through gate valve.
The pressure of our manifold can b divided into 5 levels: !4MPa, 21MPa, 35MPa, 70MPa and 105MPa. It also can be designed according to customer's requirements.
