To prevent well blowout and well kick, we can pump drilling fluids into well to balance well bottom pressure through manifold. That the blowout pipeline connected to kill manifold is used to inject directly and release well pressure, we can also use kill manifold to do the cement job by injecting clear water, cement and fire extinguishing agent. Kill manifold and other fluids only can be injected into well through kill manifold check valve, but can't flow back to the purpose of kill well and other operations.
Kill manifold mainly consists of one-way valve, gate valve, pressure gauge and connect pipeline. One end of kill mainfold is connected to BOP(Blow Out Preventer) spool, the other end links with injection pump. Kil manifold is designed and used in accordance with the standard API 16C. The pressure of kill manifold manufactured by us has 5 levels: 14MPa, 21 MPa, 35MPa, 70MPa and 105Mpa, etc.
1.All of the work pressure of pipeline, gate valve, one-way valve and so on must go well with the work pressure of BOP( Blow Out Preventer) we have adopted.
2. It is forbidden to use kill manifold as the pipeline of routine perfusion fluid.
